We take pride in offering top-quality clipping and shearing products and service. Please call us prior to ordering if you have any questions about whether our products will meet your specific needs. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it to us in the original external packaging or packaging sufficient to avoid damage to the product/s during return shipping. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense. Returns must be made and shipped to us within 30 days of purchase. We will fully refund the purchase price for all products returned in NEW condition which have all accessories (if any) cases, oil, etc. also in new condition. If you wish to return a product that is not in new condition because it is not working properly, please contact us so that we can refer you to an approved service center. The service center will determine whether your product can be repaired. We will assist you in determining if your product is under warranty and whether the repair cost will be covered under that warranty. Heiniger Shearing Equipment, Inc. does not offer any warranty beyond that offered by Heiniger the manufacturer. For the Opal and Saphir clippers, Heiniger provides a two-year warranty from the date of manufacture against manufacturing defects. That does not cover damage from misuse or parts that wear out from normal use (wear parts).
